ENTRY THIRTY FIVE: Same Same
Gotta say that morale was pretty low this week, a slightly positive note to end though I have a potential customer looking like she will buy so hopefully that pulls through. Continuing to focus on zooming out a few no order weeks doesn’t mean it’s going to be the trajectory for the rest of the year. It’s coming to the end of the first quarter this month and I feel excited to analyse and set some new goals. With mothers day on the horizon in May and the launch of this new product I’m feeling positive and hopeful! Not a whole heap to catch up on really and I feel like a bit of a broken record at the moment so fingers crossed next week is more positive and interesting. Email me if you’re feeling like you need a chat!
What I Did:
Monday: Two skillshare courses (Not focused properly so didn’t take anything from them), Instagram stories, Website performance check - https://pagespeed.web.dev/ (Didn’t understand what results meant), new product development, organisation of files to send to Tom and posted to Instagram
Tuesday: Reached out to a store to stock prints, messaged an influencer for print outreach, picked prints up from Tom, ideated on new product launch, looked into analytics and went to a new art class. Loved it so much!
Wednesday: Content creation and content research, scheduled todays reel, packaged prints, created and scheduled Thursdays posts
Thursday: Posted prints, meeting with a marketing person and don’t think I did much else?
Friday: Watched a bit of a CHQ Start up marketing session, created a reel, signed up for a free coaching session with startup Aotearoa, did giveaway print and sent them off
Saturday: Nothing
Sunday: Nothing
What I Spent:
Costs are all in NZD and are from the week just been. 18 - 24 March, 2024
Secondhand Shop (New Product Development) - $8
NZ Post - $26.62
Total: $34.62
What I Earned:
$0
Next weeks focus:
Q1 Analysis
New Product Launch
Easter Promo?
Things will work out for the best this week, focusing on the good stuff this week rather than the negatives
With love,
Sam
